- Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, information that is about you but individually does not personally identify you, and information that we combine with our other users. This includes information that we collect directly from you or through automated collection technologies and dispenser purchases
- How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Data for various purposes described below, including: a) To fulfill your product purchases through our dispensers; b) to personalize and develop our services, products, dispensers, communications, and partnerships; c) to create, secure and maintain your account; d) to provide you with support and respond to your inquiries; e) for research and product development; f) to deliver content relevant to your interests; g) to provide you with notices about your account; and h) for any other purpose with your consent.
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:
to provide you with access to our services and the contents and products available on Alli’s products, services, website, and social channels, to provide you with information, products, or services that you request on or through Alli products and services; to provide, support, personalize, and develop our offerings, products, and services; to create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us; to process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud; to administer surveys, sweepstakes, promotions, and other contests; to personalize your experience and interactions with Alli and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our services, sites, third-party sites, and via email or text message; to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business; for testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our products, and services; to provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses; to investigate misvends or similar errors associated with vending and dispensing products at physical locations; to provide you with notices about your account, including but not limited to receipts due to purchases from an Alli dispenser to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and; for any other purpose with your consent.
We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. We may share your information with third-parties wishing to provide information about their relevant goods and services. If you wish to opt-out of receiving such communications, you may do so at any time by unsubscribing from our email communications or those email communications from third-parties. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your Personal Data for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
- Disclosure of Your Information
We may also disclose your Personal Data:to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alli, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

We offer you choices on how you can opt out of our use of tracking technology, disclosure of your Personal Data for third-parties to advertise to you, our advertising to you, and other targeted advertising.
We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Disclosure of Your Information. When possible, these organizations are under contractual obligations to use this data only for providing the services to us, share relevant content that may be of interest to you, and otherwise maintain this information strictly confidential. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes. In addition, we strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with control over your Personal Data:
- Children Under the Age of 13
Alli services is not intended for children under the age of 13 and children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Alli’s services. We will remove any information about a child under the age of 13 if we become aware of it.
Alli’s services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on our services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not register your information with Alli, make any purchases through our machinery, applications, or related assets, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. - Your California Privacy Rights
Under some circumstances, California law may provide you with the right to obtain a list of third parties (if any) that we provide your Personal Data to for their own direct marketing purposes.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California’s “Shine the Light” law) permits users of our Platform that are California residents and who provide Personal Data in obtaining products and services for personal, family, or household use to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Data and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared your Personal Data with for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2021 will receive information regarding such activities in 2020).
